A disabled United States veteran, Nikole leads with resilience shaped by personal adversity. After navigating profound loss, major health challenges, and significant life transitions, she has become an advocate for perseverance, personal growth, and leading with character. Her experiences have strengthened her belief that life’s greatest challenges often become the foundation for its greatest opportunities.
Above every professional title, Nikole considers motherhood her greatest calling. She is the proud mother of three children and is deeply committed to raising them with integrity, compassion, resilience, and strong values. Her family remains the foundation of every decision she makes.

Meet The Team
Some of the most meaningful partnerships don’t begin with a business plan. They begin with trust. More than 15 years ago, Chris had the privilege of helping Marlene purchase a foreclosure home, and years later, he helped her sell it for a significant profit. What started as a real estate transaction grew into a lasting friendship built on integrity, and genuine care.
Years later, Marlene reached out with a simple request. She asked if Chris would be willing to connect her daughter, Nicole Paoli, with people in his network who might support her growing business. What was meant to be a single conversation quickly became very much more. They discovered shared values, integrity, service, excellence, accountability… And just as importantly, they realized that their strengths were completely complementing each other.
Chris brought years of real estate experience and a passion for educating home buyers. Nicole brought entrepreneurial leadership, business strategy, and the discipline to build scalable systems. Looking back, both Chris and Nicole believed that their partnership was more than coincidence. They see it as a divinely orchestrated moment that brought them together at the right time.
Today, Realyze reflects that partnership. Every decision is guided by faith, integrity, education, and service. What began with one family’s trust has grown into a mission to serve countless more.
